Data Functional Analyst Hybrid; New Brighton MN Contract through end of 2027 Top Must-Haves: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years' experience working with master data management, data migration, and data transformation activities within medium to large scale initiatives. • Experience with ERP implementation projects, Oracle ERP preferred. • Projects and Financial data background a plus • Strong background in documenting business requirements and creating functional design documents. • Familiarity with data migration concepts and methodologies. • Proficiency in using data mapping tools and documentation software. • Basic understanding of data engineering principles and database technologies. • Proven experience in Data Acquisition / Source to Target mapping and Data Cleansing / Quality, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. • bility to profile data to identify upstream and downstream impacts. • Experience working in a hybrid delivery model that spans time zones. • bility to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
