Prepare dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or anomalies. Assist in generating weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports. Support data validation, quality checks, and reporting accuracy. Work closely with teams to understand reporting requirements and analytical needs. Conduct basic analysis related to customer behavior, operations, or marketing performance. Maintain proper documentation of reporting processes and data definitions. Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations. ✅ Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or related field is preferred. Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is an advantage. Basic understanding of SQL or database querying concepts is a plus. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
