Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Operator to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data records across various systems, ensuring seamless data entry, collection, and organization.Your energetic approach will help support operational efficiency, facilitate data analysis, and uphold the integrity of our information assets.This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment.Duties Enter and update data accurately within databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets Perform data collection and transcription tasks to ensure comprehensive record-keeping Utilize computer skills to manage large datasets, create pivot tables, and generate reports Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and records Assist with order entry processes and clerical tasks to support office operations Conduct basic math calculations to verify data accuracy and completeness Support data verification efforts through routine audits and quality checks Organize and prioritize administrative tasks to meet deadlines efficiently Experience Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative roles with a focus on data management Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and pivot tables Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Basic math skills for data validation and calculations Previous experience with filing systems, data collection, or transcription is preferred Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Data Operator and become an essential part of our team dedicated to precision, efficiency, and excellence in data management!
