Job Overview: o We are seeking experienced Data Scientists to support large-scale analytics and machine learning initiatives for enterprise clients across multiple industries. o This role involves solving complex business problems using advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques. Responsibilities: o Build and deploy machine learning and predictive analytics models. o Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to generate actionable insights. o Apply statistical analysis, data mining, and modeling techniques. o Develop data pipelines, algorithms, and analytical solutions. o Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams in fast-paced client environments. Required Skills o Strong experience with Python, R, SQL, or Scala. o Hands-on experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics. o Experience working with large datasets and relational databases. o Knowledge of statistical and data-mining techniques. o Strong problem-solving and communication skills. o Advanced degree in a quantitative field preferred (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.) Preferred o Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies. o Client-facing or consulting environment experience. o Exposure to NLP, deep learning, or GenAI is a plus
