A company is looking for a Manager of Data Security, Cybersecurity InfoSec. Key Responsibilities Own and optimize the Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) platform, ensuring comprehensive data discovery and monitoring Lead the strategy and execution of global data protection across various environments while implementing advanced technologies and compliance measures Build and mentor high-performing teams, driving partnerships across engineering and business teams to align security outcomes with compliance requirements Required Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, data security, or data engineering 3-5+ years of leadership experience managing technical security teams Experience with risk reduction programs and integrating security signals into operational workflows Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related technical field Deep expertise in data protection technologies and modern cloud-native security architectures
