Overview The Contract Data Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of data within Master Agreements, Customer Master records, and dealer compensation processes. This role supports internal departments by managing contract pricing, terms, and customer records, while maintaining high standards of data quality and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Review and validate Master Agreement requirements, pricing structures, and contractual terms. Maintain and update Master Agreement entries in SAP to ensure accurate system representation. Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in agreement setup and data entry. Process contract renewals and pricing configurations in accordance with business rules. Create and update Customer Master records in S4, including name, address, and account details. Provide support to MYKMBS portal users and respond to access-related inquiries. Issue and audit dealer compensation; manage onboarding and account setup for dealer partners. Analyze compensation data for accuracy and perform cleanup of dealer accounts. Research and resolve customer requests submitted through IW54 ticketing system. Assist with reporting, price plan audits, and workload tracking to support operational transparency. Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and internal quality standards. Qualifications Strong analytical and organizational skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access. Effective verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues independently. Experience with customer master and contract management systems.
