Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Columbus, OH, for a talented Database Administrator. The Database Administrator will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining the organization’s database infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include database design, implementation of solutions to ensure data integrity and availability, troubleshooting database issues, and managing database replication processes. The role also involves collaboration with other teams to meet database performance and scalability goals. Qualifications Strong experience in Database Administration and Database Design Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues In-depth knowledge of Databases and handling of data replication processes Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience working with industry-standard database systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle) is a plus
