Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team in Davenport, FL, as a Physiotherapist specializing in inpatient, outpatient, and home health care. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by providing expert physiotherapy services across diverse settings. You will work closely with patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics, to develop personalized care plans that promote recovery, mobility, and overall well-being. Your expertise in physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology will be essential in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting recovery journeys. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, including physiology and anatomy evaluations Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs, focusing on discharge planning and recovery goals Provide physiotherapy treatments such as trigger point therapy, orthopedics, and rehabilitation exercises for acute care and outpatient settings Assist patients with mobility, pain management, and functional improvements through evidence-based techniques Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning, home & community care services, and follow-up care Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Educate patients and their families on physiotherapy techniques, injury prevention, and health maintenance strategies Skills Strong knowledge of physiology and human anatomy relevant to diverse patient populations Proven experience in discharge planning, acute care, home health, outpatient clinics, and hospital environments Expertise in care plan development for pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, and general patient care Proficiency with EMR systems for documentation and patient record management Excellent understanding of medical terminology and healthcare protocols Skilled in physiotherapy techniques including trigger point therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation Ability to work effectively within inpatient settings as well as outpatient clinics and home & community care environments Join us in delivering exceptional physiotherapy services that transform lives!
