Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency Operate POS systems such as QU for order taking, payment processing, and cashiering duties Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining area, and food prep stations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently Knowledge of food safety procedures, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Experience working in a café, grocery store, or retail environment is advantageous but not mandatory Join us if you’re passionate about delivering great food with energetic service!
