Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Day Cashier to join our team.The ideal candidate is a fast learner, comfortable using our system, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.This role requires efficiency, accuracy, and a positive attitude during busy morning and early afternoon hours.Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM Responsibilities Greet and assist customers Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions Maintain and balance cash drawer throughout the shift Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and customer service Experience Bilingual in English and Spanish (highly encouraged) Reliable and punctual (must consistently arrive at 5:00 AM shift start) Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and procedures Organized and detail-oriented Basic counting and math skills Comfortable using computerized register Strong communication and customer service skills This role offers an opportunity for Union Benefit.Local 153 members are welcome.Non-members must join after 90-day probation.Health, welfare, and pension benefits are included.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$17.50 - $18.00 per hour Benefits:Health insurance Work Location:In person.
