Colorado Secure Transportation Day Shift Driver Location: Denver Metro Area Schedule: Day Shift Position Type: Full-Time Pay: $22/hr Colorado Secure Transportation is seeking dependable and professional individuals for a Day Shift Driver position. This role is responsible for safely transporting clients to approved facilities and programs while providing professional, trauma-informed support during behavioral health or substance use-related situations. Day Shift Driver Responsibilities Safely transport clients to approved facilities and programs Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients and staff Follow company transportation, safety, and HIPAA procedures Conduct vehicle inspections before and after shifts Maintain cleanliness and readiness of company vehicles Complete trip documentation and incident reports accurately Communicate trip updates, delays, or concerns with dispatch Maintain a calm and safe transportation environment Respond professionally during urgent or high-stress situations Day Shift Driver Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Valid Colorado Driver’s License with clean 3–5 year driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Strong communication and professionalism Ability to remain calm in stressful situations Comfortable working weekends and holidays if needed Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Pay: $22.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
