Job OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Daycare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and childcare, with a passion for supporting children's developmental needs.This role involves supervising children, implementing educational activities, and ensuring their well-being throughout the day.The Daycare Provider will play a vital role in fostering positive growth and learning experiences for young children in our care.Responsibilities Supervise and monitor children during play, meals, naps, and educational activities to ensure safety at all times.Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment that encourages learning and exploration.Follow all safety protocols including administering first aid when necessary and managing behavior effectively.Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, routines, and any concerns.Assist with diapering, feeding, preparing meals and snacks and other personal care needs for infants and toddlers.Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing appropriate care.Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum and ensure compliance with licensing standards.Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings is highly preferred.Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices is essential.Experience with classroom management, behavior management strategies, and caregiving techniques is beneficial.Certification in first aid and CPR is desirable; training can be provided if needed.Familiarity with working with children with disabilities or special needs enhances your ability to support diverse learners.Previous nannying or babysitting experience demonstrating responsibility and nurturing skills is advantageous.This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young children's lives while working in a supportive environment dedicated to early childhood development.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$22.30 - $26.85 per hour Benefits:Paid time off Work Location:In person.
