What You’ll Do Create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children Lead age-appropriate learning activities and guided play Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth Maintain a structured and engaging classroom environment Communicate with parents about their child’s progress and daily experiences Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of every child in your care Participate in ongoing training and professional development What We’re Looking For Preferred qualifications include Experience working with children in childcare, daycare, preschool, classroom, nannying, babysitting, or caregiving settings Knowledge of early childhood education and child development Strong communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude Ability to manage classroom activities effectively First Aid/CPR certification preferred (training available) Job Requirements Team members must be able to: Respond quickly and calmly in situations involving child safety Lift to 40 pounds Stay alert and attentive throughout the workday Safely supervise groups of children Run after or assist a child when necessary Safely operate a vehicle when required for the position Maintain a physically, emotionally, and mentally safe environment for children Pay & Benefits We offer competitive pay based on experience, availability, and position requirements, along with opportunities for bonuses and raises throughout the year.
