Duties Supervise and engage children during playtime, learning activities, meals, and rest periods to promote development and well-being Implement age-appropriate educational activities that support preschool learning goals and early childhood development principles Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures when necessary Assist with diapering, feeding, and personal hygiene routines for infants and toddlers in your care Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement, behavior management strategies, and consistent routines Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, needs, and any concerns Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized attention as required Ensure cleanliness of the classroom and play areas to uphold hygiene standards Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or similar settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development stages and best practices in early childhood education Experience with classroom management techniques suitable for young children Certification in first aid and CPR is advantageous; willingness to obtain if not already certified Familiarity with working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism Previous experience caring for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers enhances your suitability for this role Join us to inspire young minds through caring guidance and educational support!
