About Us Sparkle Pro Janitorial Services delivers commercial and government custodial services throughout the Raleigh area with a focus on consistent, high-quality service execution.We are committed to maintaining safe, clean, and inspection-ready facilities for our clients through structured operations, strong supervision, and dependable service delivery.Position Overview The Day Custodian supports daily facility cleanliness and readiness during operational hours.This role focuses on maintaining high-traffic areas, responding to immediate cleaning needs, and supporting overall facility operations.Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, common areas, and entryways Respond to spills, trash overflow, and urgent cleaning requests Restock supplies throughout the day Support event setup and cleanup as needed Communicate operational concerns to supervisors Maintain safe and professional working conditions Assist with inspection readiness throughout the day Qualifications Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred Strong reliability and attendance required Ability to work independently Professional communication and customer service skills Must pass background screening requirements Physical Requirements Ability to remain active throughout shift Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Pay:$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits:Opportunities for advancement Paid training Retirement plan Work Location:In person.
