Job Description
This is an important position in our kitchen for a cook with a minimum of two years experience. Meat butchery experience is absolutely required and the ability to follow recipes and standards is a must. The schedule is a four day work week, Thursday - Sunday with very little flexibility on in-and-out times. Better Luck Tomorrow is looking to add to its kitchen team. We are a neighborhood bar and restaurant with both classic and creative food in a fun, colorful environment. Duties for this position include short order cooking, with line prep and prep opportunities to continue to learn how to become a chef. Cooks will be required to have closing duties.
