Are you looking for a dependable daytime cleaning position with consistent hours, leadership responsibilities, and growth potential? Do It Right Cleaning is hiring a Daytime Working Lead / Quality Floater to help maintain quality standards across our commercial accounts. This is a hands-on cleaning role with added responsibilities including inspections, floor care, floating coverage, and inventory support. Position Responsibilities Daily cleaning at our primary facility Float to cover team members when needed (vacations, call-outs, etc.) Perform quality inspections and touch-up cleaning at additional accounts Operate floor scrubber on main hallways/floors Monitor cleaning quality and report issues Help place supply orders Put away inventory and supplies Schedule Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch) Occasional days until 3:00 PM for church coverage if needed Some Saturday mornings (4 hours) as needed Average: 35 hours per week We do not exceed 40 hours Pay & Benefits Starting at $17.00-$18.00/hr. We clean offices, churches, medical facilities, and industrial buildings throughout the New River Valley and Roanoke Valley.
