Role Description As the auto industry undergoes a fundamental shift, preDRIVVE is building systems and a team to deliver forward-thinking revenue initiatives to the car market entrepreneurs of all sizes. With that in mind, we're looking to hire Dealer Account Managers to expand one of our product's footprint among mid-size independent (non-OEM) car dealerships. With that in mind, our goal is have this position as a entry point or launch pad for ambitious and effective individuals to attain key, foundational and strategic positions in our organization. For example, we'll offer our upcoming Regional Account Executives positions to individuals from this group. As for the scope of responsibilities, the candidates will be responsible for identifying potential dealership clients, initiating and developing relationships with them, providing them with information about our products and services, and facilitate our sales and business development team to sign them up. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to effectively manage multiple accounts. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses effective communication skills to engage enhance fleet expansion into within net-new territories. The ideal candidate should know how to sell against deeply ingrained legacy revenue systems. Someone who has worked/works at dealership would be an ideal candidate. Responsibilities Proactively identify, qualify, and initiate mid-sized independent dealerships into our dealer partner pipeline. Develop an Account Plan by identifying dealership pain points and collaborate with with our sales and business development team to develop unique and compelling value solution that focus on delivering ROI. Qualifications Proficiency in Account Management, Client Relationship Building, and Customer Engagement Strategic Sales, Business Development, and Revenue Growth Experience Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills Proven experience in fleet management or transportation management roles with a strong understanding of logistics operations. Ideally 2+ years B2B selling into mid-sized independent dealerships. Professional attitude with excellent communication skills through emails and phone calls. Experience in sales and/or business development especially in the automotive industry. Someone with experience working in the car rental, black car service, or dealership environment would be ideal. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience working remotely and managing virtual relationships is advantageous. The positions starts off as 1099 for the initial month 1 - 6 and transition to a Regional Fleet Manager, which is a W-2 position within 3 - 6 months. The compensation for the initial 1099 phase will be highly rewarding base + commissions. Individuals that perform exceedingly and show ambition within 6 - 12 months will be hired into to regional management positions with salaries of at least $120k a year.
