Job Description Dealership Greeter Bomnin Automotive Group Position Summary The Dealership Greeter is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression for every customer entering the dealership showroom. This role plays a critical part in the overall customer experience by greeting guests, logging showroom traffic, offering complimentary amenities, and ensuring customers remain comfortable and attended throughout their visit. This position also supports customer retention efforts through follow-up communication intended to encourage unsold showroom customers to return to the dealership. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, organized, hospitality-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet and welcome every customer entering the showroom in a professional and friendly manner Log and properly check in all showroom customers into the designated system or process Ensure customers are connected with the appropriate sales associate or manager in a timely manner Offer complimentary amenities including: Water Coffee Complimentary refreshments provided by the dealership Monitor the showroom experience to ensure customers remain comfortable and attended throughout the vehicle transaction process Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer waiting environment Conduct customer follow-up communication with unsold showroom traffic Encourage customers to return to the dealership for another opportunity to earn their business Assist management in maintaining an elevated showroom experience and positive dealership atmosphere Support dealership events, sales initiatives, and customer experience efforts as needed Maintain professionalism, positive energy, and hospitality standards at all times Performance Reviews This position will receive a monthly performance review conducted by the General Sales Manager (GSM). Performance evaluations may include, but are not limited to: Professionalism and presentation Customer service and hospitality Showroom engagement Customer follow-up effectiveness Accuracy of showroom logging Attendance and reliability Overall contribution to the customer experience
