The Dean will also be tasked with managing the budget, resources, and operations of the academic division, as well as representing the division in external partnerships and collaborations. Applicants for the Dean position at the company should have a Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field, with a strong record of scholarly achievement and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior academic leadership role. The role requires a visionary leader with a proven ability to inspire and support faculty and staff, as well as a deep understanding of the academic landscape and trends in higher education.
