The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and vision for the graduate programs, fostering a culture of academic excellence, and ensuring the effective administration of the school. The Dean will also be tasked with promoting research and scholarship, enhancing the graduate student experience, and overseeing the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support the academic and professional success of graduate students. Applicants for the Dean position at the company's Graduate School should have a Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field, a strong record of scholarly achievement, and a proven track record in academic administration. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in graduate education. The ideal candidate will have experience in program development, budget management, and fundraising, as well as a clear vision for the future of graduate education and the ability to advocate for the needs and interests of the graduate school within the larger academic community.
