The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Office of Institutional Research, Assessment, and Planning, ensuring the collection and analysis of high-quality data to support the development and implementation of innovative academic programs. This role involves providing leadership in the areas of research, assessment, and institutional planning, as well as collaborating with various stakeholders to lead the development of an integrated planning and evaluation system. The Dean will also be involved in institutional reporting, monitoring performance against benchmarks, and leading accreditation and continuous improvement efforts. Applicants for the Dean position at the company should have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, with a Doctorate preferred, and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a related role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing professional staff, be adept at using data and research to address institutional issues, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Experience in a higher education setting, particularly in a collective bargaining and shared governance environment, is essential. The Dean will be expected to be a strategic partner in promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making and institutional improvement, and to have a current knowledge of higher education policies and trends.
