Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBased in St. George, UT, this full-time opportunity seeks experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional fleet. The role provides a predictable schedule, consistent miles and weekly home time, along with competitive compensation and employee benefits. Ideal candidates will have Class A CDL experience in regional delivery operations and a demonstrated commitment to safety and on-time performance. Route and schedule: Dedicated lanes serving NV, CA, AZ, MT, NM, ND, SD, UT and WY Average 1–2 loads per week with 2–3 stops per load Weekly home time with a guaranteed 34-hour reset Occasional backhaul pickups returning to the distribution center Equipment and freight: Sleeper automatic tractors pulling 53' dry trailers (tandem-axle, modern equipment) Dry freight; primary unloading performed using roller conveyor systems No-touch live loads to the distribution center typical for backhauls Compensation and benefits: Average weekly pay: $1,800 via direct deposit (top drivers up to $2,300) Load pay: $320 per load Health benefits and 401(k) match Paid time off and AD&D insurance Safe and on-time performance bonus incentives Unlimited cash referral program Primary responsibilities: Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries to meet on-time performance expectations Perform and document pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; submit DVIRs and trip reports Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and required shipping documentation Operate roller conveyor unloading equipment and follow safe material-handling procedures Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers and maintenance Adhere to company safety policies and quality standards to ensure damage-free deliveries Secure and park tractor/trailer at an approved, safe location near home when required Minimum qualifications: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) Minimum of 3 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience Ideal candidates will have prior experience in regional delivery operations and a demonstrated commitment to safety and on-time performance
