What Youll Do Prepare, cook, season, and garnish deli items, soups, and sauces Keep food at proper temperatures and maintain a clean, organized work area Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude Operate a cash register and handle guest transactions Answer phones, track seating availability, and assist with guest flow Bus and clean tables as needed Stock retail items and workstations Maintain daily inventory and order food items Follow all safety, sanitation, and foodhandling guidelines Support a safe and secure environment for guests and employees Perform other duties as assigned What You Bring Ability to use POS systems, cash registers, and kitchen equipment Strong communication skills and a clear speaking voice Knowledge of food safety, PPE, and sanitation regulations Creativity in food prep and presentation Ability to read menus, production lists, and follow instructions Accurate recordkeeping skills Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Preferred: 1 year cashier experience + 1 year restaurant experience RAMP certification provided upon hire Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED Physical Requirements You must be able to: Move quickly across a 100,000+ sq. ft. casino Stand and walk for long periods Bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs Work near 500 ovens and inside 40 walkins Stay active throughout a 10hour shift Work Environment 24/7 casino setting with bright lights, loud noise, and high energy Exposure to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke Ready to Join the Team?
