Owner of three convenience / deli stores in the Far Rockaway / Inwood area looking for a reliable person to help keep an eye on things.The job is important but not complicated.You'll be moving between the stores, checking in, talking with customers, watching cameras, counting cash, and making sure things are running the way they should.Part of the job is helping with store security, checking in on staff, and letting me know if something isn't right or needs attention.You'll be working directly with me.Sometimes that also means helping with small errands or tasks like picking up supplies from Restaurant Depot/Jetro, carrying boxes, helping with basic things around the stores, etc.The day-to-day can vary.A big part of the job is simply being present, paying attention, and keeping things in order.What matters most:Car and valid license (you'll be traveling between stores) Trustworthy and straightforward Strong presence -- friendly but people take you seriously Street smart and good at reading situations Reliable and able to handle things without reminders Strongly prefer someone local to the Far Rockaway / Inwood area.Spanish is a plus but not required.Security or loss-prevention experience is a big plus.Someone a little handy with basic fixes is also a plus.Pay:$17-$20/hr Hours:25-35 hours per week (more possible for the right person) Must be able to get to Far Rockaway / Inwood, and occasionally Long Beach.No resume needed.Text (DO NOT CALL) Jordan at 516-680-9763 or email if interested and tell me about yourself.Job Type:Part-time Pay:$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
