The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: What You Will Do: Work with Supply Chain Managers to accelerate quotes and repairs and get commit dates for parts Track root cause of returns after unit inspection has been completed Provide status of CRMs to Value Stream Leads Provide reports of CRM turn time Provide weekly CRM tracking slide for PMT meeting PMO Support Track SRI for Legacy Programs and provide status on actions to PM team Collaborate with SRI team to ensure Legacy items are appropriately prioritized. Provide a weekly report on SRI to PMO Review mismatch tool (supplier commits) for key parts and escalate significant gaps
