The Territory You'll be serving the following communities:Prior Lake & Elko Jordan & Belle Plaine Chaska, Victoria, & Carver Waconia & Norwood Young America Compensation & Performance Incentives We believe in paying well for hard work and rewarding loyalty:Base Pay:$200 per day.Weekend Premium:Earn an extra $50 per day for weekend shifts! Performance Bonus:Earn an extra $0.50 per stop for every stop made after your 100th stop of the day.Career Growth:We conduct Yearly Performance Reviews with scheduled pay increases.Safety Bonuses:Up to $1,000 annually on your anniversary Quarterly Safety Raffles for an incident-free team!
