Delivery Driver – FedEx Ground (Full-Time) Location: Compton CA Company: EWCS (FedEx Ground Contractor) EWCS is a trusted third-party service provider for FedEx Ground, and we’re currently hiring Delivery Drivers to join our team! If you’re a dependable and safety-conscious individual who enjoys working independently and delivering excellent service, we want to hear from you. Position Overview As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering FedEx Ground packages to homes and businesses. You’ll represent EWCS and FedEx Ground with professionalism, integrity, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses Follow assigned routes and meet daily delivery schedules Load and unload packages at the terminal and customer locations Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers Use handheld devices for scanning and tracking Maintain accurate delivery records Comply with all DOT regulations and safety standards Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver’s license (CDL not required) Clean driving record – no major violations in the past 3 years Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Able to lift up to 150 lbs and work in a physically demanding role Strong time management and customer service skills Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented Preferred (but not required) Previous experience delivering packages (Amazon, UPS, FedEx, etc.) Familiarity with GPS navigation and scanning devices High school diploma or equivalent Apply Today Join EWCS and become part of a team that values professionalism, efficiency, and great service.
