This role is ideal for someone who: enjoys working independently while still being part of a strong team stays calm and focused in fast-paced environments takes responsibility and follows through values consistency and professionalism wants to grow with a company that is continuing to build and improve What You’ll Do Safely operate a company delivery vehicle on assigned routes Deliver packages to homes and businesses efficiently and professionally Use company-provided technology for navigation and delivery completion Organize packages and manage delivery flow throughout the day Perform vehicle inspections before and after routes Follow safety procedures and traffic laws at all times Adapt to changing weather, road conditions, and delivery challenges Communicate effectively with dispatch and leadership What We’re Looking For Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver’s license with a good driving record Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Comfortable working independently for most of the day Ability to lift and move packages throughout the shift Positive and professional communication skills Ability to remain focused, responsible, and customer-oriented throughout the route Why Drivers Enjoy Working Here Supportive leadership team Active and independent workdays Team-focused environment Opportunities for development and advancement A workplace that values effort, accountability, and professionalism About Spark in Motion Delivery At Spark in Motion Delivery, we believe culture matters.
