Location:8131 N Frontage Rd, Monroe, LA 71202 Swift Drop Logistics LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner seeking reliable and motivated individuals who prioritize safety, quality, and customer obsession.The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating company vehicles safely and delivering Amazon packages to customers doors within a timely manner.This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to navigate routes efficiently.If you have experience in delivery driving and are looking for an opportunity to contribute to an inclusive and dynamic team, we want to hear from you.Company Vehicle Provided! No CDL Required!Approximate hours are 9am to 7pm.Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week.Duties and Responsibilities:Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information.Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.Must be comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions.Load and unload packages to be delivered Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.Lift packages up to 50 lbs.Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift.Walking about 5-7 miles a day Conduct routine pre and post-route vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery schedules and improve efficiency.Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.Familiarity with smart phone application utilization and GPS navigation.Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively..Ability to operate large vehicles safely and efficiently.Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Compensation:$21.50/ Hour Paid Training Overtime Company provided uniforms Paid Time Off Performance based incentive Opportunity for growth Benefits:Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401k retirement plan Potential tuition reimbursement Job Requirements for Delivery Associates :Must be at least 21years old Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to operate and navigate a delivery van, GVWR 10,000 lbs.or less Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation Must consent to a drug screening Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers Must be able to use GPS to navigate If you believe that you can be a great asset to Swift Drop Logistics team.Please apply to our job posting.Our team will contact you as soon as possible, Thank you!
