Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver floral goods along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficiency, balancing speed with safety and customer satisfaction Handle lifting of packages and merchandise (up to 10lbs), ensuring proper loading and unloading procedures are followed Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with a positive attitude Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, enhancing sales opportunities during deliveries Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records using organizational skills Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery status, delays, or issues on the route Experience Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Prior route driving experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable Physical ability to perform moderate lifting and perform repetitive movements throughout the day Military background or training in disciplined operations can be advantageous for safety-focused roles Embark on a rewarding journey where your driving skills make a real impact!
