Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods to various locations according to scheduled routes. Plan efficient delivery routes using route driving skills to maximize productivity and minimize delays. Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns. Handle heavy lifting of merchandise and packages with proper safety techniques to prevent injury. Conduct merchandising activities by organizing products on delivery vehicles and ensuring proper placement at delivery sites. Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, enhancing sales opportunities during deliveries. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including logs, receipts, and route records, ensuring organizational efficiency. Requirements Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent driving certification with a clean driving record. Proven experience in commercial driving, route driving, or delivery roles preferred. Strong math skills for handling pricing calculations and transaction processing. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during deliveries. Demonstrated organizational skills to manage schedules and delivery documentation accurately. Military experience is a plus, showcasing discipline, reliability, and strong work ethic.
