Position Summary: The Bilingual Greeter serves as the first point of contact for Roadie drivers arriving to pick up products at our warehouse.This role involves customer interaction, verification of driver credentials, coordination with warehouse staff, and occasional physical tasks such as lifting and walking outdoors.The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and interact professionally with Roadie drivers arriving for pickups. Verify driver credentials and coordinate timely product handoffs . Communicate clearly with warehouse staff to ensure readiness of outgoing orders . Walk in and out of the warehouse throughout the shift; frequent sun and weather exposure expected . Maintain a clean and organized pickup area . Use company-provided tools or applications (e.g., Roadie app ) to support efficient pickups. Lift and carry packages or products as needed ( up to 50 pounds safely ). Requirements: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) - Required. Ability to work on your feet for long periods and move in and out of the warehouse. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions . Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely . Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. Familiarity with Roadie app or other delivery service platforms is a plus. Must have reliable transportation , be punctual, and customer-service oriented.
