Job Summary Join our dynamic delivery team as a Delivery Helper on a Box Truck and be a vital part of bringing products directly to our customers’ doorsteps! In this energetic role, you will assist experienced drivers in safely loading, unloading, and delivering goods while providing excellent customer service. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help ensure timely deliveries and satisfied customers every day! PAY WILL INCREASE AFTER 30 DAYS DEPENDING HOW GOOD YOU MAKE YOUR JOB. Responsibilities Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading goods using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks when necessary Help carry items safely from the truck to the customer’s location, ensuring proper handling and placement Support route driving by preparing delivery routes and verifying delivery details with the driver Load and unload cargo efficiently, adhering to safety standards for heavy lifting and moving items Provide friendly, professional customer service during deliveries, answering questions and ensuring a positive experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck interior and delivery area Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and traffic laws during route driving Requirements Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with heavy lifting, moving, or loading tasks Customer service skills with a positive attitude toward assisting customers Experience with commercial driving or courier services is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Knowledge of route driving, load & unload procedures, and basic vehicle operation including manual transmission preferred Familiarity with equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience as a driver or courier is beneficial Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods Join us in delivering excellence!
