Title – Delivery Lead – Data Science / GenAI Location – USA/Canada - Remote Mode - Full Time Permanent Role Overview: We are looking for a highly experienced Delivery Lead with strong expertise in Data Science, GenAI, and Data Engineering. The ideal candidate should have 100% delivery ownership experience, excellent stakeholder‑management abilities, and the capability to articulate complex solutions, lead client conversations, and drive successful project outcomes. Delivery & Execution Own end‑to‑end delivery of Data Science, GenAI, and Data Engineering initiatives. Ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery across multiple client engagements. Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and continuous improvement. Client Engagement & Communication Lead client discussions, workshops, and requirement‑gathering sessions with confidence and clarity. Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions. Proactively manage expectations and maintain strong client relationships. Technical Leadership Provide strategic guidance on Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI use cases. Collaborate with technical teams on solution design, architecture, and implementation. Review project deliverables and ensure alignment with standards and best practices. Team Leadership Mentor and guide cross‑functional teams including DS, DE, and ML engineers. Promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence. Required Skills & Experience Proven 100% delivery ownership in data‑driven projects (DS/ML/GenAI/DE). Strong understanding of Data Science concepts, ML lifecycle, and emerging GenAI technologies. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to business stakeholders. Experience leading high-impact client conversations and steering solution direction. Background in Data Science + Data Engineering preferred. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with MLOps, LLM Ops, or productionizing AI solutions. Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
