Job#: 3028559 Job Description: Apex Systems is currently hiring for an L2 Delivery Lead, nCino Integrations with one of our large Banking clients. Location: Hybrid – CHARLOTTE, NC Onsite expectation: 3 days onsite per week Pay range : $52.50 - $55.50/HR Contract Length: 12 months Note: We are unable to consider C2C or third-party submissions. Overview The L2 Delivery Lead, nCino, supports the nCino integration product area within the Lending Ecosystem and Integration product. This individual focuses on product‑area execution support, readiness, coordination, and issue management within a single product area. The role ensures delivery execution is aligned to enterprise priorities, manages cross‑product dependencies, and represents overall delivery health to end‑to‑end change and governance forums. Required Skills & Capabilities Experience supporting large planning efforts across multiple teams or product areas Strong understanding of Agile and Product methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PI Planning, integrated planning) Ability to bridge business and technology , translating priorities into coordinated delivery execution Strong facilitation skills for cross‑functional planning and alignment Comfort operating in ambiguity , helping teams navigate trade‑offs without over‑committing Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels Coaching mindset focused on enabling teams , not directing work Key Responsibilities Product Delivery & Execution Alignment Partner closely with the Product Manager to support end‑to‑end product delivery aligned to Agile principles, product strategy, and customer value. Coordinate cross‑functional activities across teams to move work from ideation through delivery while maintaining focus on committed outcomes. Act as the delivery lens within the product area, helping teams and leaders understand execution impacts, constraints, and trade‑offs. Intake, Planning & Prioritization Support Support intake and prioritization processes by establishing clear, consistent methods for onboarding and evaluating new work. Ensure backlog readiness and sequencing support effective planning and delivery conversations. Provide delivery feasibility input based on capacity, constraints, dependencies, and historical performance . Risk, Dependency & Change Management Identify, escalate, and assist in resolving risks, impediments, and dependencies that impact delivery outcomes within the product area. Assess impacts of product or enterprise changes and support change readiness planning in partnership with change teams. Ensure delivery activities align with enterprise governance, risk, and compliance standards . PI Planning & Quarterly Execution Support PI Planning readiness , ensuring scope, dependencies, risks, and tooling are prepared prior to planning events. Facilitate planning flow across teams without directing commitments , preserving team ownership of estimates and plans. Help teams and leaders understand delivery trade‑offs, sequencing, and constraints during planning. Validate that PI objectives, dependencies, and risks are clearly captured and visible post‑planning. Roadmap & Annual Planning Support Provide the delivery lens to roadmap and annual planning by identifying dependencies, capacity considerations, and execution risks early. Support planning cadences such as annual planning, intention mapping, and big room planning as applicable to the product area. Stakeholder Communication & Continuous Improvement Build and maintain trusted relationships across product, technology, and business partners. Communicate delivery implications, risks, and trade‑offs clearly and consistently to stakeholders. Promote continuous improvement , team autonomy, and maturity in product and Agile ways of working. Tools, Standards & Delivery Hygiene Navigate and assess product and team backlogs for readiness and alignment. Validate proper creation and linkage of epics, features, and stories . Monitor delivery health through workflow movement, aging work, and blocked items. Create and use dashboards and views to support delivery transparency and stakeholder communication. Ensure
