⚠️ READ BEFORE APPLYING — REQUIRED CRITERIA Must have demand planning experience in CPG or food/beverage — no exceptions Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area (Walnut Creek, CA) Role is 4 days onsite / 1 day remote — not a remote opportunity No visa sponsorship available now or in the future We’re partnering with a high-growth, privately held consumer products company expanding rapidly across major U.S. retail channels. Due to continued growth, they are adding Demand Planning leaders to support increased complexity across channels, customers, and product innovation. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role with strong cross-functional visibility. The right person will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring structure to ambiguity, and play a key role in scaling demand planning capabilities. What You’ll Be Doing Own demand forecasting for a key retail channel/category using shipment history, POS data, and commercial inputs Analyze POS and syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI, etc.) to identify trends and improve forecast accuracy Lead S&OP processes and align cross-functional stakeholders around demand plans Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment with business objectives Integrate new product launches into forecasts and support successful market entry Track KPIs including forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory performance Bridge short-term execution (S&OE) with longer-term planning (IBP) Drive process improvements and enhance planning capabilities What We’re Looking For 5+ years of demand planning experience in CPG or food/beverage Proven success improving forecast accuracy and contributing to S&OP / IBP processes Strong experience with POS data and demand planning tools (Anaplan, SAP IBP, o9, etc.) Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field 💰 Compensation: $130K – $160K base
