Pay:$20-$25/hr (based on experience) Job Type:Temporary, Temp-to-Hire Schedule:Full-time, Monday-Friday Location:Denver Metro (Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Arvada, Westminster, Thornton, Commerce City) Description:Delta Pro Staffing is hiring Demo/Tear-Out Crew Members for restoration and construction projects across Denver Metro.This is physical work -- ripping out damaged drywall, flooring, insulation, and hauling debris.Show up, work hard, get paid.What You Get:$20-$25/hr depending on experience No experience required -- we'll get you placed Steady work across multiple job sites Path to higher-paying restoration and construction roles Bilingual team -- hablamos espa ol What You'll Do:Remove damaged drywall, flooring, insulation, cabinetry Use hand tools and power tools (saws, pry bars, sledgehammers) Bag, haul, and load debris into dumpsters Keep work areas clean and organized Follow safety plans and wear required PPE Work as part of a crew under supervision What You Need:Authorized to work in the US Reliable transportation to Denver Metro job sites Can lift 75lbs and do heavy physical labor Good on your feet for 8-10 hour shifts Takes direction and works safely as a team Earns You More:Any previous demo or construction experience OSHA 10 certification Asbestos or lead paint awareness training Valid driver's license Bilingual English/Spanish Pay:$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
