Job Title:Repair Technician Overview:We are seeking an expierenced Cellphone Repair Technician to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various types of devices.As a Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support, troubleshooting software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of devices for our customers.Duties: Conduct equipment repair and maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively. Utilize hand tools and technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues. Provide technical support for both hardware and software problems. Familiarity with iOS, Windows, and other operating systems to troubleshoot issues. Analyze equipment malfunctions and implement appropriate solutions. Proficient in soldering techniques for component-level repairs. Perform field service visits to address on-site repair needs.Experience: Proven experience in cellphone repair. Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
