Overview AZ Prime Dental is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team. No prior experience is required. While dental assisting experience is a plus, what matters most is your willingness to learn, adaptability, and enthusiasm for growth. Duties Assist dentists chairside during a variety of dental procedures Prepare and maintain treatment rooms while following sterilization and infection control protocols Take dental X-rays (training provided if needed) Ensure patient comfort and provide a welcoming experience Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment Support scheduling, charting, and maintaining accurate patient records Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy and confidentiality Qualifications Friendly, professional, and outgoing demeanor Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Eagerness to learn and grow professionally Dental assisting experience is a plus Experience in general dentistry preferred X-ray certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain) Dental assisting certification or coursework preferred but not required Why Join Us?
