Your Role As a Dental Assistant, you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, efficient, and positive clinical experience for both patients and team members. You’ll work closely with the doctor and clinical team to help deliver high-quality care while keeping the day running efficiently and seamlessly. How You’ll Contribute Provide high-level chairside support during restorative, preventive, and comprehensive procedures Prepare operatories and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Take quality digital radiographs and assist with accurate clinical documentation Support patient flow by staying proactive, organized, and detail-oriented throughout the day Maintain sterilization protocols and uphold OSHA, CDC, and infection control standards Help create a comfortable, welcoming experience for every patient Take ownership of operatory readiness, supplies, and overall clinical efficiency Patient Experience & Communication Build trust through positive communication and genuine connection Help patients feel calm, informed, and cared for throughout treatment Reinforce doctor recommendations and support patient education Maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced clinical setting Contribute to a positive office atmosphere that patients and teammates enjoy being part of What You’ll Be Supported By A collaborative team that values growth, respect, and communication Leadership that supports continued learning and professional development Modern technology and systems designed for efficiency and high-level care A positive culture where team members support one another and work toward shared goals Qualifications Dental assisting experience preferred Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience with digital radiographs and electronic charting systems Strong understanding of sterilization and infection control protocols Excellent communication and patient care skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow What We Provide 4 day work week Competitive compensation based on experience and performance A supportive team culture centered around collaboration and growth Modern technology and systems that support high-quality care Long-term growth opportunities within the practice Continuing education support to help expand your skillset Full benefits package for eligible team members, including: Paid time off and holidays Birthday off 401(k) with employer contribution Medical insurance with HSA options Dental and vision coverage If you’re looking for a practice where you can continue to grow, be part of a strong team, and genuinely enjoy where you work each day — we’d love to meet you.
