We were voted BEST DENTIST IN DUBLIN in 2025 and are bringing that same care to our beautiful, brand new, state of the art facility in Pleasanton, and we are looking for talent to join our team! This is a full-time position beginning immediately. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dentistry and serving others. Additionally, this candidate should be a strong communicator , a team player , a quick learner , who has good emotional management , who is humble , positive , and solution-oriented . We are looking for someone to utilize their skill-sets, passion, and solution-based thinking to support the practice's mission to provide an environment that exceeds the expectations of our patients and dental team. We are seeking individuals to join our team who have the following qualities: Quick learner Self starter , can work independently Positive attitude, energetic, friendly Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills Punctual, dependable Organized, detail-oriented and proactive Good work ethic Ethical, high integrity Team-oriented and accountable EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Two years of experience working as a dental assistant REQUIRED Knowledge of Infection control and Dental Practice Act REQUIRED Experience with Open Dental software PREFERRED LICENSE/CERTIFICATION RDA License (Preferred) X-Ray Certification (Required) Infection Control Certification (Required) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW: Provide chair-side assistance to the dentist during procedures Anticipate doctor needs and keep schedule flowing Assist the dentist in patient care, provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care Take oral/facial images, digital xrays, digital scan Prepare, sterilize and maintain dental instruments, equipment and environment Help deliver an excellent patient experience SCHEDULE: 4 - 5 days a week Mondays - Fridays Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) matching Continuing education credits Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
