Dental Assistant

Job Overview We are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team. For Wednesdays The ideal candidate should have a passion for the dental field and exceptional organizational skills. Experience needed. Duties Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor Schedule and confirm patient appointments Maintain electronic health records using Open Dental software Assist with medical terminology and vital signs when necessary Provide support with dental assisting tasks as needed Familiar with sterilize and dental instrument set up. Handle receptionist duties such as answering phone calls and managing patient inquiries Skills Proficiency in Dentistry procedures Experience with Open Dental software for health record management. Willing to train. Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy. Willing to train. Familiarity with dental imaging techniques. Ability to perform basic dental assisting tasks.
