Dental Corporate Counsel-Employment, Real Estate, & Litigation (Must have worked in Dental in order to apply) Care Dentistry Group is seeking an experienced in-house attorney to serve as the primary legal resource for our network of dental offices and affiliated property holdings.This role will manage a broad portfolio including California employment law compliance, real estate transactions and disputes, tenant/eviction matters, unlawful detainers, and hands-on litigation management.The attorney will work closely with HR (Human Resources), operations, and executive teams to mitigate risk and provide practical, business-focused solutions.The ideal candidate is a seasoned in-house attorney with strong employment law expertise, solid real estate transactional experience, and a proven ability to manage litigation and outside counsel.This role requires practice legal judgement, business acumen, and the confidence to advise senior leadership.Qualifications:Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school Must have experience in a Dental setting Active bar license in California Active member of the California State Bar in good standing In house counsel experience strongly preferred 5years of experience in California employment law and/or real estate law with litigation exposure and risk management Business and leadership qualifications Experience with unlawful detainers and evictions preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Benefits we offer:Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid holidays and sick days We are looking forward to hearing from you!
