POSITION OVERVIEW Outpatient Dental Hygienist role focused on preventive care and patient education Collaborative clinical environment supporting comprehensive dental treatment plans Stable weekday schedule with no weekend requirements Opportunity to work alongside experienced dental support staff within structured outpatient setting Community-focused organization committed to high-quality preventative oral healthcare COMPENSATION Base Salary: $62,000+ based on experience Additional $3,000 salary increase available after obtaining Public Health Hygienist certification SCHEDULE Monday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM Tuesday through Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM No weekends required ROLE Apply sealants and fluoride treatments to support preventative dental care Remove tartar, stains, and plaque from teeth Assess oral health conditions and communicate findings to dentists Document patient care and treatment plans accurately Educate patients on preventative oral health practices ENVIRONMENT Outpatient community dental clinic Structured and collaborative team environment Full dental support staff provided Patient-centered preventative care setting Stable weekday outpatient structure BENEFITS Health insurance Dental and vision insurance 403(b) retirement plan with 5% employer match 160 hours paid time off 8 paid holidays Continuing education with time off and allowance Life insurance coverage Long-term and short-term disability coverage Full support staff provided Requirements: Clear and active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license REQUIRED Experience applying sealants and fluoride treatments REQUIRED Ability to assess oral health and communicate findings effectively REQUIRED Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED Experience documenting patient care and treatment plans REQUIRED Preventative and community-focused care approach preferred Not ready to formally apply?
