There is no penalty if production does not exceed base pay. 60; 60; Collaborative Hygiene Workflow 60; We use a structured team-based model designed to 60;support, not rush, the hygienist. 60; Dedicated hygiene assistant assigned to you 60; Delegation of x-rays, room turnover, instrument processing, 60;polishing 60;and fluoride 60; Standard one-hour appointments for most procedures 60; Extended time allowed for periodontal procedures as needed. 60; The goal is simple: 60; You focus on assessment, scaling, diagnosis, and patient education — while your assistant supports workflow efficiency. 60; 60; This model allows many of our hygienists to significantly increase their earning potential while 60;maintaining 60;high standards 60;of care. 60; Responsibilities Provide oral hygiene services including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polishing, restorations, and application of preventive agents such as fluoride and sealants.
