In this role, the Dental Hygienist will perform dental prophylaxis, administer preventative care, educate patients on oral hygiene, and assess oral health conditions. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the detection and treatment of periodontal disease and maintaining a sterile and safe clinical environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Dental Care, Hygiene, and Dentistry practices Experience with Dental Prophylaxis and Periodontal Disease prevention and treatment Ability to communicate effectively with patients and provide oral hygiene education Certification or degree from an accredited Dental Hygienist program Current state licensure and compliance with all relevant regulations Strong attention to detail and a commitment to patient care Knowledge of maintaining a sterile and safe clinical environment Experience with dental software and technology is a plus
