Benevis Dental is seeking a (Saturdays Only) Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team and support our mission of expanding access to high-quality dental care. In this role, you will provide patient-centered preventive and periodontal care one day per week on Saturdays, working closely with dentists, dental assistants, and front office staff to deliver a positive and efficient patient experience. Your responsibilities will include performing thorough dental prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance, completing comprehensive periodontal charting, taking high-quality digital radiographs, and assisting with the diagnosis and treatment planning process through accurate clinical documentation and patient education. You will review medical and dental histories, identify potential oral-systemic health concerns, follow infection control and OSHA standards rigorously, and ensure operatory setup, breakdown, and instrument sterilization are completed to Benevis Dental’s quality and safety standards. You will play a key role in building patient trust by clearly communicating treatment needs, demonstrating proper brushing and flossing techniques, discussing preventive options such as sealants and fluoride, and supporting patients in following recommended care plans.
