Job Description
Benevis Dental is seeking a (Saturdays Only) Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in a patient-centered practice environment. In this role, you will provide high-quality preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care to patients of all ages, with a focus on education, comfort, and long-term oral health. Working closely with dentists and the clinical team, you will perform comprehensive hygiene services including prophylaxis, periodontal scaling and root planing, radiographs, fluoride and sealant applications, and oral cancer screenings, while accurately documenting all findings and treatments in the patient record. As part of Benevis Dental, you will be supported by an organization dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and access to quality dental care across the US. You will play a key role in educating patients on oral hygiene techniques, treatment plans, and preventive care, helping them understand the connection between oral health and overall wellness. You will follow all clinical protocols, infection control and sterilization standards, and adhere to OSHA and HIPAA guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant environment for patients and staff. This Saturday-only position is ideal for a dental hygienist who values flexibility while still seeking a stable, team-oriented clinical home. You will collaborate with a diverse, supportive team that values continuous improvement, innovation in patient care, and clear communication. Benevis Dental fosters a collaborative and innovative culture centered on patient care and professional growth, offering opportunities to expand your skills through ongoing training, mentorship, and exposure to the latest clinical best practices. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting, managing an efficient schedule, and providing compassionate care to patients who may have limited access to dental services. Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail in charting and diagnostics, and the ability to build trust with patients are essential. By joining Benevis Dental, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the community each week, contributing to better oral health outcomes and an exceptional patient experience while enjoying a focused, part-time schedule dedicated to direct patient care.
