Dentistry with a work-life balance! Our Boutique Private Dental Practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Hygienist to join our team of healthcare professionals. Our Practice Environment Our facility is equipped with the latest dental technology and designed to create a comfortable atmosphere for both patients and staff. We maintain high standards of infection control allow our team to provide optimal care. We utilize the GBT Airflow and Piezos to perform the most comfortable cleanings for patients. We allow time for Hygeinists to get to know the patients & work at a comfortable pace. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude that prizes a great patient experience above all else. Role Requirements A friendly and knowledgeable Hygeinist with gentle touch is our perfect match! We're looking for a skilled professional who can contribute to our team's success. Our perfect Candidate will: -Provide a high quality hygiene experience for every patient. Educate and reinforce excellent oral hygiene skills with patients. Be able to present hygiene treatment plans to patients. Maintain instruments in good working condition with proper sterilization. Provide thorough charting on every patient. Take radiographs when needed. Keep all working areas clean and organized Assist doctor during exams or Be willing to assist the front desk staff if/when possible. Be punctual and dependable. -Prior Training on GBT Airflow machine along with Piezos is a necessity to be paid at the top of the Salary Offering. Fast learners willing to be trained are also welcome to apply. The position is 4 Days a Week. Hours are 7am- 3:30 pm . Being a Morning Person is a must! Hours are Flexible and Part Time is available for the right Candidate. Professionals with 5+ years of experience are encouraged to apply. Benefits include PTO and Retirement plan with matching.
